Corporate Training

The umbrella for everything we teach, customised to your company. Two tracks run under it: AI Training and Digital Marketing Training, sequenced across the functions that need them. We also build and run AI automation for your own use cases.

Who it is for
Whole departments or cross-functional cohorts, from individual contributors up to leadership.
Format
Multi-track programme, delivered on site or online, sequenced across teams.
Duration
Scoped per organisation. Typically six to twelve weeks end to end.

Two tracks, both for corporate teams

Corporate training covers two offerings: AI Training and Digital Marketing Training. Both are delivered inside a company, to that company's own teams, rather than as open courses anyone can book a seat on.

Most organisations take parts of both. A marketing function usually needs the digital marketing track with AI layered through it; finance and operations usually need the AI track on its own. Discovery decides the mix before anything is scheduled.

Automation for your own use cases

Training is not the only thing we do for corporate clients. Where a piece of work is better automated than taught, we build it: AI automation designed around your use cases rather than a template, then hosted and run by us.

Most engagements end up with both. The team learns to use AI on the work that needs judgement, and the repetitive work moves to an automation nobody has to remember to run.

A rollout is not a bigger workshop

Training one team is a teaching problem. Training an organisation is a change problem wearing a teaching costume. The content matters less than the sequencing, the sponsorship, and what happens in the eight weeks after the last session.

We plan for that from the start. Leadership gets a shorter, different session about risk, policy and where to invest. Practitioners get the hands-on track. Champions get extra time so there is somebody in each function who can answer questions once we have gone.

Different roles need genuinely different training

The finance team, the marketing team and the operations team do not share a use case, a risk profile or a vocabulary. Putting them through identical material wastes most of it on most of the room.

We run a discovery pass across functions first, then build tracks around what each group actually does. The shared material is the part that should be shared: policy, data handling, and the standard for what a checked output looks like.

Policy and governance, written down

Most organisations discover they need an AI policy about two months after people started using AI. We bring a draft, work through it with your legal and security stakeholders, and leave you with something specific enough to be useful.

That covers what data may go where, which tools are approved, what needs human review before it leaves the organisation, and who decides when the answer is unclear.

Indicative outline

Nothing here is delivered off the shelf. Every programme is rebuilt around your tools, your data and the work your team actually does, so the exercises use your material rather than a generic case study.

  1. Phase 1Discovery across functionsInterviews and workflow mapping in each department. Output is a use-case shortlist per team.
  2. Phase 2Leadership sessionRisk, policy, investment and what to expect. Half a day, no hands-on.
  3. Phase 3Role-specific tracksParallel hands-on cohorts, each using that function's own material.
  4. Phase 4Champion deep diveExtra sessions for the people who will support their colleagues afterwards.
  5. Phase 5Policy and standardsDraft policy worked through with legal, security and function leads.
  6. Phase 6Review and reinforcementA follow-up round several weeks later, once reality has intervened.
