What actually gets automated
Almost every team we meet has the same three or four jobs eating their week. Someone copies a form submission into a CRM. Someone reformats a report every Monday. Someone chases an approval that has been sitting in an inbox for four days. None of it is hard. All of it is expensive, because it is being done by people you hired to think.
We start by watching the work rather than asking about it. A short audit maps where the hours go, what triggers each task, and what a finished version looks like. Then we rank those jobs by hours saved against effort to build, and we start at the top. You approve the list before anything gets built.
Why AI, and where it stays out of the way
Most of an automation is plumbing: move this, check that, write it here. Plumbing should be deterministic, and we build it that way. AI comes in only where judgement is genuinely needed, such as reading an unstructured email, classifying an enquiry, summarising a call, or drafting a first reply in your tone of voice.
That split matters. It keeps costs predictable, it keeps behaviour stable, and it means a model having an off day cannot quietly corrupt your pipeline. Anything irreversible, such as sending an external email or issuing a refund, waits for a human to press the button.

Every flow ships with documentation, a monitoring dashboard, and alerting when a run fails. Silent breakage is the thing that kills automation projects, so we make failure loud and cheap to fix.
